At Cheshire Medical Aesthetics we require that all clients with an appointment arrive at their allocated time and have followed any pre-treatment guidelines. Any required aftercare will be given immediately after your treatment has been carried out.
If you have and appointment and wish to cancel / reschedule, please give us 48 hrs+ notice. If a cancellation is required with less than 24 hrs notice, a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service will be enforced. If you cancel with less than 12hrs notice or decide to simply not show up for your appointment a fee of 100% of the service charge will be enforced.
We hope you understand that we haven’t made this decision lightly.
